Achieving the Vision of Adaptive and Competitive Indonesian Human Resources Development

Sri Mulyani Indrawati, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and Chairperson of the Islamic Economists Association (IAEI), highlighted the transformation of the economic structure during the advancement of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which requires the readiness of Human Resources (HR). The IAEI Chairman explores Indonesia's strategy to improve the quality of human capital in response to this transformation.
