Miranti Kartika Dewi, an academic from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia, offers a conceptual framework regarding how non-profit organizations (NGOs) can display their accountability to beneficiaries. Together with other researchers from Aston University and Sheffield University, UK, Miranti highlights four main attributes that NGOs need to pay attention to in delivering accountability to their beneficiaries.
